Document Health Check is no longer flagging .png images
Hi, I have observed that the Document Healthcheck no longer flags .png files as unsupported in SEC. Previously, this flagging helped us save time in troubleshooting, as it allowed us to easily identify and address errors in the .png files. I am curious about the reason behind this change in the Document Healthcheck feature.

Hi Sharmaine!
The Doc Health should still check for unsupported image types, but the caveat here is that it won't look for those if your Document type is not a filing type. For example, a None or Other o type would not show this check, but a 10-K, 10-Q, Exhibit, etc., would show up. Is your type a filing type? This would be found under File > Properties.
Let me know if I've missed the mark, or you have any additional questions for me.
0We'll observe this further on our end. Our team has several reports that despite the report being DEF 14A there are images that are on .png format that are not being flagged in the dochealth check. I'll let you know if we encounter this again. thanks!
0No worries, Sharmaine. I'll do some testing on my end too with DEF 14A too. I hadn't tested with that prior.
