Markup Anchor & other suggestions

I know there are already a bunch of open posts related to markupss but I also wanted to put some suggestions and problems we are facing-

1. Markup copy paste should be a little easier like ctrl c & ctrl v and we should be able to paste it in different pages too

2. Can we please update the anchor feature to be more centred, like similar to how we use attachment labels on a number, which doesn't move no matter how you rearrange the words around it, can we just ensure when we use a markup on an item, it sticks to that number or words.

3. Also, the anchoring option is really very frustrating, it doesnt help, I tried to attach it to the number but as i moved the number, the line still stayed there hanging, its annoying when you have to keep drawing & redrawing the lines again and again.

4. Also, pls switch off the edit option but keep the markup option accessible, we keep pasting the markups in the words which is very inconvienient, also this way we can give the markups to interns and have the associates review the languages.
