Hi, I just added four users, invited them to the workspace, created a group exclusive for them, created the SSO mapping, added them to a report as viewers, and still can't see it. What am I missing? Thanks!

Despite the above the client is not able to modify the files. Should they select something on their side to be able to do modifications ?

Only if they have the Org Workspace Admin role but depending on who is serving in that role, it can create a conflict of interest. We recommend each workspace have more than one Workspace Owner, so they can back each other up without involving Org...
