Comment feature not working
답변함Hi, over the last several days I have not been able to add comments to our documents. When I type a comment and then click "Post", my comment disappears and does not get posted. My teammates are not experiencing this issue. We have made no changes to the document's permissions. Please help!

Hello Matthew,
When this happens we recommend checking if there are any filters applied in your comment panel. Some filters will result in your own comments not showing up. If this does not resolve the issue we recommend that you clear your cache and refresh your browser.
