Add more options under the "Include a New Phase" when preparing form.

    Hello Jonathan, 

    This support article here has step by step instructions for including a new phase as well as a video. You can jump to the 'add or remove test phases' section on the right side of your screen.

    Courtnie Carver thanks for replying. 

    However, this article is not what I am looking for.  My question was if there is a possibility to add more options -other than the ones that are currently available-.  When I click the the "+" symbol on the left, under the "Include a new phase" button, we only see three options: Interim, Rollforward, and Remediation.

    How can I add or remove more options to this drop down menu?

    Hello Jonathan,

    My apologies, I misunderstood your question. This is actually a hidden field. In order to add more options you will need to submit a ticket to Support. They will be able to create that 'year-end' option for you.
