HFM- Credentials issue

I am trying to connect to HFM. The ground runner is all setup and I have all the privileges.

Running the Extract Member Lists returns this  

Oracle HFM (HFM 11.1.2.4)
Version: 2.0.0 
Authenticating...
Error running command: Authentication error:  
Failed to authenticate.  Invalid credentials. 
Status:              Error  
Exit code:           2  

I have checked with the HFM admin , the user credentials are correct. 

Where else can I look for info? Has anybody else had similar experiences connecting to HFM?

    Sorry you are running into an issue.  Can you possible share a bit more information (or a screenshot) on the configuration of the connector?
