We would like the ability to automatically trigger a certification action and send out a certification letter when a Program Task has been approved. Currently, certification letters can only exist within a process. Program Tasks that exist outside of a process have no way of automatically triggering a certification. This means that when a Program Task is approved, a process owner must manually start a separate process to send out the certification letter. Thanks in advance!
