Lines beneath header rows layered to bottom
답변함I have a multi-page inline table with gray horizontal lines dividing rows. There is an assigned header row with thicker dark lines. The header row's line is layered beneath the gray lines from the preceding page. I can't seem to layer the header row's line to the top and it's only resolved when I turn off the previous row's line on the preceding page. I would like to keep both lines. It seems like the header row's line should override or layer on top. Is there a way to do this? Thank you

Thanks for your question. I asked some of our experts and have some things to try.
Option 1: Check for a hidden row below the headerThis can cause the header's border to not display correctly on subsequent pages.
1. Look at the row numbers after your header row — if they skip a number, there's a hidden row
2. Right-click the row below the header → select UnhideOption 2: Insert a "buffer" row workaroundThis helps control the double-border conflict between pages:
1. Add one new row just below the last row of the first page (this row will appear on top of the table on the second page)
2. Shrink it to the smallest height possible so it fits at the bottom of the first page
3. Set the table break point on that row
4. Hide the row
5. Set that row to have no border, and place your desired border on the row above itRegarding the color/style override, the underlying behavior where the preceding row's border overwrites the header row's thicker/dark border is a known issue that has been reported. The header row's border should take priority but currently does not.
