Add a Markup Function Similar to "Attachment" for Tie Out
My team currently uses the Attachment function as a way to perform our tie out because we like the ability to highlight text and tables then immediately get an attached call-out box that we can then enter a tie out reference. We believe a similar function would be a great addition to the Markup toolkit where we can do similar callouts but with the ability to change colors and repeat references. Attachment function is way easier than Markup's boxing then anchoring then drawing a line then creating a text box.

This would be very useful for tie-outs. Using the current markup tool with rectangles and lines is time consuming and any updates to the report can cause the annotations to get shifted out of place.

Agreed, centering the anchoring around words (like highlight), instead of placement within a section, would be very useful and seems to exist within attachment,
