Copying Multiple Documents
In Next Gen, there is an option to copy a document to a new folder...or to copy all documents from one folder to another. Is there a way to copy multiple documents to a new folder without having to copy all of them? For example, a folder contains 15 separate documents. I want to copy 4 to a new folder, so click the box beside the name and right click to copy. However, the copy option is not shown. It's all or...1 at a time? Seems like a more efficient option should be available when a partial folder copy is desired.

Thanks for the question. I wasn't quite sure on this one so I asked our experts, and they did offer the following workaround for you here.
From the Linked Files Report, you can copy any file linked to the file in question you ran the report on. This may help achieve part of what you are looking for, though only if the files are linked to it.
You can access this by right-clicking on a file and choosing Linked Files Report
Then, from the generated report there is a copy option in the upper right:
From this copy, you can unselect all the files and then only select the ones to copy.
