Question of how I can add on a brand new test form, other than previous year?
I am hoping to add on a new test form with new control updated for this year. Please advise how I can add this control, the control is not from the list of populated ones.

Thank you for reaching out to us! In order to add on a new test form with new control, you would first need to create the control in order to create/populate a test form. From there you can create a test form based on that control. It is also important to note that you would need the "data admin" role to perform this action.
