Workspace editors can't view files or folders
We recently added new users to a workspace and assigned them to a group. I confirmed that the group has "editor" access to the folder and files, however when the users login to Workiva they are not able to view the Folders or files that they have permission to.

Apologies for the delay here. A couple of questions for you:
1) Are these sub-folders and users don’t have access to the parent folder?
2) Are these users looking under the “file” screen in Workiva home?
