403 Error with File Copy API Endpoint (Prototype)
I'm encountering an issue while trying to use the Initiate file copy API endpoint (prototype). When making the request, I'm receiving a 403 error with the message "The API token doesn't have permissions to perform the request.
- I've verified that the API has proper access to all the files involved
- Other API endpoints are working correctly - this is the first one I've encountered issues with
- This is specifically happening with the prototype file copy operation endpoint
I'm wondering if this permission issue might be related to the fact that it's an operation endpoint?
Any insights or suggestions why I am getting this error code would be greatly appreciated.

Here are a couple troubleshooting steps for the Initiate a File Copy endpoint.
- Verify that the API Grant has the scope: file:write
- Verify that the Workiva Username assigned to the API Grant has permissions in the Workspace the create/write files
- Verify that the Workiva Username assigned to the API Grant has permissions to access the file you are attempting to copy
