At Amplify Americas this year, our keynote speaker is Adam Grant, a best selling author, organization psychologist, and among other things, a favorite speaker at TED. In addition to his wonderful accolades, did you know that Adam is a former magician and Junior Olympic springboard diver? Neat!

An interesting fact about me is that even though I live in an entirely land-locked state in the midwest, I am SCUBA certified.

A lesser-known fact: I took a balloon twisting class in school (yes, making balloon animals!), and even though it was a while ago, I still remember how to make a few:)

I am a closet freak. To anyone who walks through my house, they will see random 'piles' of unfinished projects laying around, but if you open any closet door, you will see the cleanest, well-organized space behind closed doors.

I lived in Ames, IA for a number of years in the past and never knew about Workiva. Only recently I realized that Workiva is headquartered in Ames and our paths crossed while we're thousands of miles apart now.

Interesting Fact...starting off scuba diving to go on a trip with friends and within a year, I was certified as a Dive Master. My dive as a Dive Master was to the Keys where we dove to 125 feet!

I have 4 pets - two dogs, one cat, and......a sourdough starter. I love to experiment with baking sourdough breads.
