    Yes, you are correct. Those links do seem to be referring to the prior year's program. They should direct to these current programs.

    Could you possibly explain the difference among Account Rep, CSM and PSM? I believe I know who my CSM is, and I would not want to miss the opportunity to acknowledge the good folks in all of these categories.

    Hi Lorraine!

    Sure thing. We often consider your Account Rep to be on the sales side, working on contract additions or getting services negotiated, etc. CSMs (Customer Success Managers) are on our CPX team (https://www.workiva.com/customer-success), what we might call "post-sales", and they work at helping you with answering questions and ensuring you are getting the most value out of your Workiva subscription. And our PSMs (Professional Service Managers), also on the CPX team, are delivering XBRL services that you have contracted with us, through tagging, review, of what have you.

    Hope that helps in knowing who to nominate. You can definitely nominate both a CSM and PSM for a double shot, and encourage your teammates to vote for them as well.
