    After delegating to Workiva, you can manage User Tokens for filing through the following process:

    1. Accessing Token Management
       - Log into your Workiva workspace
       - Navigate to the SEC Reporting section
       - Look for a "Manage EDGAR Next Tokens" or similar option

    2. Adding a New User Token
       - Click "Add User Token"
       - Paste or upload your new User Token
       - Associate it with your Workiva user account

    3. Renewing an Existing Token
       - Find your existing token in the list
       - Click "Renew" or "Update"
       - Paste or upload your new User Token to replace the old one

    4. Managing Multiple Users
       - Workspace Admins can add tokens for other authorized users
       - Each user should have their own unique User Token associated with their Workiva account

    5. Token Expiration Reminders
       - Workiva will likely provide notifications when tokens are nearing expiration
       - Plan to renew your User Token every 30 days

    6. Non-Workiva Users
       - For authorized filers who don't have Workiva accounts:
         - Consider adding them as limited-access users in Workiva
         - Or, coordinate offline to obtain their renewed tokens for manual entry
