DOCX to docx - How to save
How do you load a DOCX document into the exhibit? I saw that someone said the file needs to be docx and not DOCX. How do I change the file to reflect that in word?

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in getting to your quesiton. You may have already landed on the answer, but wanted to share a few tricks of the trade I'm aware of.
First, to get you Word file in as your Exhibit, you'd need to import it into Workiva so its an editable file you can then generate for your filing package. Here's an article on importing a DOCX. In addition, we have some tips available here on importing a DOCX as well, especially if that file has some intricate formatting you want to ensure is imported.
You shouldn't need any additional steps in Word to save the file as .docx. So long as you are using a recent version of Word, all those file types should default to .docx. But if they are not, you can perform a Save As and simply choose a standard document type.
