How to add a new Reviewer in a Test form

I am trying to add a reviewer to a test form where a reviewer is not assigned at all.
I am searching through the manual but all I see is to click a "Add reviewer" button which I do not see on my screen.
I do have owner access so I should be able to add reviewers.. Please help!

- Adding a reviewer in a test form requires creating a Review Plan record
- Without the Data Admin role, users need explicit permissions to create and edit Review Plans
- Having Owner access to the test form alone is not sufficient — Review Plan permissions are separateHow to fix it:
- A Data Admin or Workspace Owner needs to grant access via the[Permissions] Review Planreport by enabling the "Create and Update Review Plans" editing rule for the user
- Alternatively, if your workspace has Form Permissions enabled, a Data Admin can set the Review Plan intent tosoxso permissions are inherited from the Test FormNote: Review Plan records must be created directly on the Test Form (by right-clicking the review plan table). They cannot be created from a report — only edited from one once created.
