Newly Transitioned 10-K Exhibit Hyperlinks
답변함I found the instructions for hyperlinking new exhibits in Next Gen which say that they must start with "https://www.sec.gov/..." However, in Classic, we were instructed to remove the "s" at the end of "https." Now that our 10-K has been transitioned to Next Gen, do I have to change all of the existing exhibit hyperlinks to add the "s" back in?

Happy to answer this one for ya. The SEC only added support for https URLs earlier this year, however, both http and/or https URLs will work and are valid hyperlinks (so long as it starts with www.sec.gov, as mentioned).
