Different Documents linked to one spreadsheet

I have multiple documents linked to one spreadsheet (not sure of naming, but all are next Gen.). They are not in a project. Is there a way to put them in a project so I copy everything at once and keep the links?

    In NextGen, they are called "folders".  Make a new folder and put the Documents and Spreadsheets in a folder and you can copy the whole folder together.
