Hello and welcome to the Communithy, Eduard!

The good news is yes, you can attach a picture, i.e. insert an image, into a your Workiva Spreadsheet. To do so, you need to click inside the cell until you see the cursor. Then, from the Edit menu, go to Insert > Image.

Then choose the picture/image from your own computer and it will be added into the cell. You'll need to resize the cell to get it show, but autoresizing will also do the trick.

Is this what you are looking to do? Let me know if not or if you have any other questions for me and I'll be happy to assist. Thanks again for your contributions and have a great rest of your day!

Thanks Mike for your quick response; yes is working.

The double click inside the cell until I see the cursor is was the reason for missing the solution.

In excel classic file we have the easy option copy/paste for documentation reason.

Once you double tap into the cell, you can skip the step of "Then, from the Edit menu, go to Insert > Image" and instead you can just hit ctrl + V like in Excel.  Was just testing out what Mike explained and out of habit hit Ctrl + V and it worked.

Ctrl + V didn't work for me (was that in Classic?), had to use Insert, Image. The issue I have it is the image does not sit on top of the cells, it is inside one cell only, have to click on that one cell to expand to see the image. There is no indication that an image is in a certain cell. If the image is displayed, as soon as you click off the cell, it disappears. For now, I am attaching an entire file to a cell in the spreadsheet.
