Adding comments within table of a review

I'm not seeing any reports of this particular issue on any channels, or on status.workiva.com. Can you confirm what your role is in the Workspace you are looking the review in?

I am an org user admin. I'm in the process of trying to get it figured out with our CSM, but figured I would just ask the community to see if others are having the issue.
