    Bon jour, Michelle!

A fabulous question, as always. I pinged our experts here and have the following tips for you.

You may also want to consult with your legal team on this interpretation, but we would suggest that you not tag anything in this case. Since nowhere in your disclosure do you state that the service period is "one month" and do not have a disclosed value that can be tagged , XBRL should only reflect what is disclosed in the document, not provide other information (or approximate information) that is not in the actual document.  This is per er EFM 6.6.22 the required tagging is for "each monetary value, percentage, and number".  They do not provide a number in the document--not 1 day, 15 days, 31 days, or 1 month.

Hope this helps answer some of your question. Let me know what other questions you have or if you need anything else. Thanks much and if you at Amplify 2020, you can gave visit me at the Extended Learning booth in the Expo. Have a super day in the meantime. Best!
