Splitting tables
Is there a way to break one table into two tables? I can't find that option. Thank you

Thanks for the question. Happy to tackle this one for ya.
There's no direct function to split a table, per se. You can obviously insert a new table and cut and paste data (including formatting, links and/or XBRL) into the new table and remove the old rows to create two tables from one. Or if you are meaning to have a large table split over a page, you can control that from the Table Properties on the right-hand side of the document, under Table Breaking. By default it will say "Never break if smaller than page" but you can set it to something other than that, either to always break or break when it is larger than X% of the page height.

Once the table is split across two pages, is there a way to enter text at the top of the page (not in the header) above the piece of the table that was pushed to page 2?
