XBRL errors, what is important to the filing?

I have a question regarding XBRL errors. Can you briefly explain what is critical to the filing, and what poses no and or minor problems.

While only critical validation messages will prevent you from filing with the SEC, it is recommended that you review and resolve as many messages as possible. The additional EDGAR validation messages and Data Quality Committee (DQC) messages are meant to help identify common mistakes and increase the quality of XBRL filings.
