Line leading
Can I control the leading between lines? The import is all over the place -- some lines are squeezed together, others are almost too far apart,
Also, please add a topic for formatting. My initial take on NextGen is that there are lot of issues when it comes to formatting.

To confirm, do you mean line spacing in the document? For example, in next gen its found on the right-hand pane under Paragraph Properties, like so:
As far as importing is concerned, what I can confirm from the team is that the importer itself will interpret whatever is set on the DOCX file.
