Why doesn't my pdf look like my document in Workiva
In workiva, my cover is on one page. When I print to pdf, its on two. I don't see a paginate option though. How do I fix?

Generally speaking, your cove page should look like what you see in Wdesk. To confirm, you are using a next gen Document type, not classic? And is there a page break and/or section break applied at the end of the section? Just want to get an idea of what the culprit could be. Let me know what questions you have for me in the meantime.
