Form S-8 - Multiple File Nos.
It's a pretty standard convention at this point to file one Form S-8 covering multiple registration statements. There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to add multiple File Numbers to an S-8 filing, however. Is there something I'm missing?

This is actually an SEC limitation. In order to achieve this, you have to do one S-8 filing for each file number. However, to make it smoother, you can just add the same Wdesk document(s) to each next gen filing, though.Let me know what questions you have or if I can help with anything else. Thanks Mike - seems like a pretty brute force approach for such an elegant service like Workiva. Maybe the team could think about implementing a way to enter the different file numbers in Workiva while having the separate filings made on the backend? Wondering if you could add the company as its own "co registrant" by selecting the co-registrant flag and then inputting the different file numbers on each row?
