How to roll forward a presentation with linked spreadsheet
답변함Hi - I thought I did this in the past and can't figure out how to do it again. I created exhibit 99.2 in presentations and have a spreadsheet linked to it. How do I roll this presentation forward and keep the spreadsheet linked? I tried to save the presentation as a new presentation and roll forward but the spreadsheet was not rolled along with the presentation. I don't want to re-link everything every time as that obviously defeats the purpose of linking numbers in the first place. Hopefully this makes sense. Thank you!

Happy to help get this sorted out for ya.First question, are you working in a next gen Presentation, or classic Presentation? If its next gen, there wouldn't be any pencil in the outline or draft to speak of. If it helps, they have slightly varied icons too:
That being said, you should be able to copy either of these file types along with the linked Spreadsheet, which will allow you to maintain the links. You can do this in two ways:-
Copy a Project (works best for classic only or classic/next gen mix)
