PBC Limitations
답변함I am wondering what limitations users have run into by using the Wdesk PBC request area with their external auditors. We have started the process but keep running into issues that we weren't made aware of until it was too late so I am just trying to get a feel for what other folks have run into or what I should be on the lookout for.

Hi, your external auditors need to allow the site in order to access Workiva. We have given our external auditors access to the SOX workspace and given then the +Reports (Full) report but only given them specific access to a couple. We also given then the External Audit - Without Comments role so they cannot read our internal comments. We only grant external auditors access to completed tests with a status of Approved External Audit. They are able to access all that they need to review controls on which they place reliance.
