Error message for Entity Common Stock, Shares Outstanding
답변함We are a 9/30 YE LAF. On the 10-K cover page, we have the Entity CS outstanding shares which has a 10/31 date. I don't understand why it's giving us an error message this time? The number is a placeholder, but the tag is not, especially not the date. Checked the tag, it's different from the CS outstanding in the BS. Looked around as well, I feel I should not get an error. Any thoughts on how to get rid of this error?

I can shed some light for you on this error. As the message points out, it doesn't like that today's date is before the tagged date. Once the actual calendar date is 10/31 or later, this validation item will resolve itself. In the interim, this error can be ignored.
