Is it possible to include quotes within a formula?

I've tried several different approaches to retain the quotes before "Directions" and after "Stockholders", but I can't get it to work. Is it possible?

Hi Gabe!
I was able to get it to work by putting a single quote in a cell and then referencing that cell in my equation. Here is my example. Cell A4 contains the quote:
