    I'm happy to help as best I can, however, based on what you are describing, you will need to reach out to your CSM or PSM to get this fully addressed.

    To answer your question, the ability to create a new Audit Program is currently handled internally by folks at Workiva. This is because some data types are hidden and to create a new one requires a little backend work. For data types that you will need to be making multiple additions and/or deletions, our team can work with you to either keep those data types visible, or create a report from which you can create and edit.

    Hi Rebecca!

    I was following up with our SOX team internally and wanted to provide a small update here. Wdesk SOX user can now create a new Audit Program without needing their CSM to assist. You can access this by going to Data > Audit Program, and then clicking Create. However, a caveat here is that you should NOT create a new Audit Program if we are also rolling it forward from an existing one. For SOX roll forwards, your CSM will still need to assist in that process.
