How do you get your auditors comfortable with the access of the Workiva Support users
답변함Our internal controls department is concerned with how to explain access for Workiva Support users. If they have access to make changes what controls to we have around knowing if they made a change/altered a document.

Hi Ryan,
We have our controls set-up around the review of the document rather than who is actually making the changes. When I send the filings out for review I always include a blackline version, so reviewers can see the changes. Then right before we file, I send our auditors a blackline, so they know if we have made any changes from the version they have signed off on.

We have our controls set up the same as Emily. We send blacklines out to our boards as well as our auditors and use milestones to keep track of which revisions everyone has seen. We do really pay attention to who has made the changes as we use directed comments if a potential change requires discussion.0
