PBC request for multiple providers
답변함Can the PBC Request software be updated to include more than one provider? For instances when I am working with a process owner who has several team member obtaining support for our controls. It would be helpful and effective if those people could also upload files into Wdesk.

I think you will then need to give each one a WDesk license, if you want them to have access to upload files. 0
They all have access. The limitation comes when only one person at a time can be the provider in a PBC request. 0
I would create a different PBC for each person based on what it is they are providing. You could send it to the process owner then just click on the Notify Others field as well. In this case, the process owner would still have to upload the evidence, I think. You can select multiple people in the Notify Others field. I hope this helps. 0
