답변함We have some tests which are only an inquiry and i cannot figure out how that id documented in a Wdesk SOX test. Would you upload the file and then document what you did using the footnotes field?

Donna - For inquiry we use the same test form as normal; we just don't include a testing matrix and might leave more fields blank or N/A since only inquiry.
