Reference one supporting evidence file for several ESG Program metrics
Hello,
Is there a way to upload one file of supporting evidence but link it to several ESG Program Metrics? For example, all of our HR metrics utilize the same supporting evidence file and we upload several times. We face the same thing with our GHG/Energy and Waste metrics. Is there a way to upload it once, and then refer to it across other metrics?
Or, are there other workarounds instead of uploading a large Excel Spreadsheet several times like uploading a PDF with the location of the source file outside of Workiva?
I know there is an option to use the ESG Find and Replace feature to upload attachments, but this looks limited to only the Reference Attachment in the metric details not the Supporting Attachments feature in the metric values. Hi Margaret! We have work in flight to enable adding a single supporting attachment to multiple values within the same metric, which might help meet this need.
That said, it sounds like you may be looking to apply the same supporting attachments to values across multiple metrics, is that the case? If so, I'll pass this along to the team (and will be curious to hear if other Community members have a similar need). Thanks much!

Yes - I am looking to apply the same supporting attachment to values across multiple metrics.
For example, under our 'Social' topic, we have several sub-topics such as workforce representation and ED&I that have multiple different metrics nested under them - but all use the same source file.0
