Bulk delete old tasks
As an admin, I see all outstanding tasks within my workspace, some dated back to 2016. Is there a way to bulk delete them? As members review their current tasks, they also see some very old ones on their list.

Hi Magdalena Galika There's no current way to bulk delete them that I know of, but I also think this would be a valuable addition! I've submitted a feature request to our development team. hello, thank you for a quick response. In addition to my original question - I believe if we manually start deleting old tasks, each person will be notified via email that they no longer need to complete the tasks. We have thousands of tasks to delete (for all years beginning in 2016) so that would be a lot of unnecessary email notifications. Is there a way to turn off notifications?

Hi Magdalena Galik,
You cannot cancel all the tasks / actions without receiving emails for each cancelled one. The workaround for this is to Cancel the Process, and roll it forward (make a copy) and then edit it to remove what isn't needed, then no emails will go out.
