Link from table cell to text
Is there a way to link a paragraph to a cell in a spreadsheet? I don't want the text in a table in the report. As a follow up / alternative, can I convert a table to text in Workiva? thanks in Advance!

You can definitely select a paragraph from a document, right click, select 'create a source link' and link that text into a cell in a spreadsheet! The only way I can think of converting a table to text in Workiva is to paste as a text link in the document then remove the link and it remains text, but that would be cell by cell.

Thanks, Isabel. What I really wanted to do was use the paragraph as the destination link from a cell on another document. I'm not given the "paste as link" option.
Paste. I need to reserve the link to source data. It sounds like i'm out of luck on both.
This table is being used for layout purposes with no headers and is not compliant with 508 standards. I want to make it styled text separated by tabs. The information on the right column comes from a separate spreadsheet, so I want to keep the link to that source.
Any other ideas?
