Certifications - Custom Email Options
Is there currently a way within a process to have a custom email sent to the signer of the letter and a different custom email sent to the approver?

Thanks for your question! At this time, we do not have this ability in Processes. It's possible to customize the email, but there isn't an option to send different versions to signers and approvers. I've shared this idea with our product team to consider for possible implementation, and we'll keep you updated as it moves forward.

Could we also share the idea of having cc emails on certification processes? like when the process is run and the tasks are sent, an administrative person is notified? That has been a request I have received for some of the certification processes I kick off.
