Delete Test Process
답변함I ran a few test processes for the new certification procedures, but I do not see an option to delete them once completed. Is there a way to remove these test processes?

Yes, you are be able to delete any certification process.
For processes, it is just under actions - more.For the letter, it is under actions and delete.0

I am the process owner. I created the processes I'd like to delete.

Hi Abbie Smith Can you confirm that all actions within the process have either been completed or canceled. Once they are, they can delete, following the same steps as other doc types (from files).

I was trying to delete it from within the process. I was able to delete it on the processes tab from the home screen. Thanks.

Abbie, I had the same issue with processes. I was the owner and could not delete. I had to cancel the process, then I could delete the process. I haven't used certifications, but is there a way to cancel the certification. If so, try that. Then see if you can delete.
