Importing Offline Comments
It would be great if we could import offline comments into existing documents (for example, import it into a certain "milestone" version and have it post the comments live in the appropriate section, even if the document has changed since that milestone).

This is something that we have had similar requests for in the past. However, at this time there is no work for this feature planned by our product team. We will continue to monitor for additional requests and in case anything changes, we’ll reach back out to you.

Thanks for chiming in here. This feature does remain on the future roadmap, but it has not yet been picked up for work yet. I will add you as a requestor there and keep you apprised here. With any luck we'll see movement on this soon.
