Stacking Bar Chart with Multiple Column Data

Looking to create a stacked bar chart like the above, but cannot get multiple data sets to stack on top of each other when there are two "columns" of data in the same area.

Hi DJ Moore If you used a stacked column chart, you would just want to have the second row of data for the first column be zero. You can then individually select each column to determine which color fill you want and whether you want a border.

Thanks Isaac, would you know of a way to merge the below 1Q23 data labels to a singular label centered between the two columns?
