Status chart for multi signers in one step
In the new certification process, we would like to have the status chart to reflect the real-time sign off status when multiple signers are assigned for one document in one step.
In the example below, I have 4 signers assigned to one doc in one step, and 3 of them have signed off with one pending. The status chart is showing 100% sent, while we would like to see 3 signers (75%) complete and 1 signer (25%) pending.

A quick follow-up here that was pointed out by our Process-based Cert experts.
If all the signers are on one letter, the pie chart in this case tracks the status of the letter in the sent status until they have all signed (likely what you are seeing). That said, if you would rather track the status for each signer, its recommended that you run a bulk certification from the process instead. This will send the same certification letter to everyone in the group you select, and the recipients can each sign individually. This will update the pie chart incrementally per signer. Does that make sense?
