Certifications Process - approver notifications
My boss is the only approver for certification tasks and we are finding that when the activity shows a task was completed and autoapproved, the approver is notified, by she isn't seeing any email notifying her of anything. She has checked junk folders, etc.... (that is where apparently some notifications are showing now under this new Process system vs the former and have to be newly allowed).
Can you guys check whether this notification to approvers is only when not autoapproved, or is the message I'm seeing misleading, or not functioning?

Unfortunately, that message is misleading in the auto-approval case, we'll work on cleaning that up. Notifications to the approvers would only be sent if manual approval were required.0댓글을 남기려면 로그인하세요.
