Questions related to New Certifications Application

We are using the Certification module for the first time and below are the questions for the new certification application:
1. We would like to provide detailed step-wise process to be followed by signers while signing the certificate. Hence, we wanted to include the attachment in the e-mail body that goes to the signers instead of including this in the letter. Is there a way to do this?
2. How can I change the body of the mail in New Certification Application before sending an e-mail?
3. Is there a way to escalate this to next level if the signer not performed the activity within the due date?

1. The main idea is any supporting documents/information should be attached to letters, so it can be available if need. We don't currently have a way to move it from an external email. I can set up an idea ticket for you for this.
2. This is on the roadmap for later release but I don't have a timeline to share out. I can add you to this so you can be updated.
3. There are automated reminders that can go out to notify someone if they haven't done the next step in the tasks, or someone could use the comments feature in a document separately to notify the user, and lastly send an email or teams meeting.0댓글을 남기려면 로그인하세요.
