Auto-archive all historical certifications
답변함On 8/31/23, where will all historical certifications that are auto-archived be located and can we view it as needed? Is there a way right now I can see closed processes' activities and track report, before 8/31, in the new Certification?

Hi Sary Som,The auto-archive will download .pdf, attachments, and activity logs for all historical runs and save them to the file system in Home where they will live unless you remove them. So, you can view them as needed. There is a way for you to see closed processes' activities and track report in the new certification. All Processes have activity reports that can be exported to CSV. If you go to the Processes tab under the home tab, you will see each Process created and click on the drop down arrow and select activity report to view each activity done from beginning to end of the Process.Hope this helps!0댓글을 남기려면 로그인하세요.
