Best practice for checking the same KPIs in different slides and reports
Dear Community,
I would like to set a validation template to cross check the same KPIs across documents - slides/reports/etc.
Linking the KPIs from the slides redirects to the source file - if someone manually changes the KPIs in a slide, validation template can't catch it.
Would love to see how you check KPIs across documents.

Cross checking of KPI's can be done by tracing the destination link of a KPI back to the source and seeing other destinations that the KPI is linked to (via link properties in the right-hand-panel). We don't typically use the validation template for this. Regarding your last point on changes to the KPI - changes can only be made at the source and there is an extra step required to "publish" the change to be reflected in all destinations (it's a green button on the top-left of the interface).0댓글을 남기려면 로그인하세요.
