Permissions for new users after implementation of creator-only permissions
I have seen that in January 2023, permissions for new documents etc will be changing so that the creator alone will have permission for that document. How will copying existing documents/spreadsheets etc work and also how will new users be affected? Thanks.

Happy New Year! Thanks for your great question. The way that permissions will operate during copying will not change. This means that the permissions that exist prior to the copy will be carried forward. To address the second part of your question, new users will either need to be added to a group that has permissions or individually granted access per document/folder. Users can be added to groups in the Workspace Settings.
