SOX Control Testing - Ability to remove documents from the Attachments pane en masse
Hi there!
It would be very helpful and save much time if in the Testing forms we had the ability to remove documents en masse under the Attachments pane of the testing forms, meaning instead of one by one. i.e. a button could remove all documents under a sample at once, or we could check mark each one we wanted removed. Or perhaps an option that allows us to download all attachments from the sample but then ask us if we would like to also remove them from the pane, similar to Adobe PDF where you extract pages and there is a check mark box asking if we want to delete the page from the original document the extracted page(s) was/were taken from.
Often times, many documents are provided and we need to download them to our desktop to edit out pages/tabs of the file, perform clerical accuracy testing, etc. and then re upload to the Attachments pane under the respective samples. We could use the Replace feature, but sometimes there are a dozen or more documents uploaded per sample and it can get confusing and take more time to figure out which document has been replaced and which still need to be replaced, versus just re uploading the documents to a document free sample.

Thanks for your idea! Apologies about the delayed response, I must have missed this post the other day. I've created a ticket to share this great idea with our product team for possible implementation. We'll keep you update as it moves forward with them!
